The Bandits Pics 3: Wally

The long wait is over, I managed to kick my back to make myself to start draw the Bandits after a long while and the Bandits Pictures 3 is here! Finnish military has eaten some of my time but every time I have some free I try to get something to drawn. Which sheet you want me to draw next, The Sheriff or Charlie?

Wally the blue bandit is the youngest but not the smartest person around. He can often found just sit around picking his nose and looking dumb, Harry has also noticed that he makes an excellent paperweight. Wally is very light and can easily be pushed around by strong winds and he floats very well in water (unlike his older brothes who swim like rocks). Wally is also very childish and loves playing, toys and hugs. His lack of skill in everything is often the reason of the trio's plans failing, but he is still valuable team member and dear little brother. He isn't completely useless though, and can do big things and act smart when really needed to.
